Who we are

Gramai is published by KROX GROUP DOO, Hajduk Stanka 8, 18000 Niš, Serbia ("we", "us"). These terms cover the Gramai browser extension, the hosted service behind the Free, Basic and Pro packages, and this website. By installing or using Gramai you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use Gramai.

What you get

Gramai rewrites the text you select: it fixes grammar, changes the tone, or translates. It comes in four packages, described with their current prices and limits on the pricing page:

  • Free: 10 actions per installation, no payment and no account.
  • Basic and Pro: a monthly or yearly subscription with daily limits on actions and characters. The rewrite runs on Gramai's own key.
  • Own key: a one-time purchase that unlocks unlimited actions on your own API key. The AI provider you choose bills you directly for that usage, under its own terms.

Your license

A paid package comes with a license key. It gives you, personally, a non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use Gramai on that package for as long as the subscription is active, or for good in the case of Own key. One key can be active in up to 3 browsers or devices at a time, and you can free a slot by deactivating a device from its options page. Please don't share, resell or publish your key. We may disable keys that are shared or abused.

Payments, renewal and cancellation

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Lemon Squeezy, who is the merchant of record for all Gramai purchases. Lemon Squeezy handles checkout, payment, taxes, receipts and invoices, under its own terms. Prices are in US dollars, and tax may be added at checkout depending on where you live.

Basic and Pro renew automatically at the end of each month or year until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from Lemon Squeezy's "My orders" page, which is linked from the extension's options page. After you cancel, the package stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, and then Gramai goes back to Free.

Refunds

If a paid package doesn't work out for you, write to support@gramai.dev within 14 days of the purchase and we'll refund it, no questions asked. This applies to the first payment of a subscription and to the Own key purchase. Renewals are not refunded once the new period has started, so cancel before the renewal date if you don't want to continue. Nothing here limits the rights you have under the consumer law of your country.

Fair use

Please use Gramai the way it's meant to be used. That means you agree not to:

  • get around the limits of a package, for example by resetting the free allowance;
  • call Gramai's server from anything other than the Gramai extension or apps;
  • resell the hosted service or build your own service on top of it;
  • use Gramai for anything illegal, or in a way that breaks the usage policies of the AI provider that processes your text.

We may limit or suspend access that does any of this.

Your text and the results

The text you select stays yours, and so does the rewrite. We don't store or log either one. The privacy policy explains exactly what is sent where. Rewrites are produced by AI models and can be wrong, incomplete or change your meaning, so please read a result before you send or publish it. You are responsible for what you do with it.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Gramai running, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of errors. The hosted packages depend on third parties (OpenAI, Cloudflare and Lemon Squeezy), and some websites and editors don't allow text to be replaced. We may change features, limits, models and prices over time. A price change never affects a period you have already paid for, and we'll tell subscribers before it applies to a renewal.

Warranty and liability

Gramai is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, as far as the law allows. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for Gramai in the 12 months before the claim. None of this excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia, and the courts in Niš, Serbia have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country you live in.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and if a change matters for paying customers we'll also announce it on this website. Using Gramai after a change means you accept the new terms.
